Philosophy of the NCMCA plan:
The purpose of the NCMCA plan is to give the NCMCA and its members better options with lower costs for their health and supplemental insurance benefits.
The Trust and Special Contingency Reserve give the NCMCA ownership of the plan. This ownership carries with it prudent business and management responsibilities with an eye toward long-term business success.
The NCMCA has three specific goals regarding the plan:
- Reducing medical insurance premiums for qualifying members.
- Growing the Contingency Reserve to become a valuable asset to the members, resulting in a long-term successful Association Health Plan.
- Giving the NCMCA members a viable alternative to the current insurance marketplace.
In order to provide you the best outlets for receiving proposals, we welcome the opportunity to work with other insurance agents, brokers, and consultants.
